Mike Bidwell is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, on the Internet known by nickname “Spider Ninja” and the video clips which performs various movements, leverage and suffocation.

Here are some of Mike’s tips to take off the extra pounds with training jiu jitsu:

Only water, eat mainly foods based on plant foods with lots of organic vegetables (cabbage, carrots, squash, beans, spinach, etc.).

Eat until you’re full 80%. Do not be a pig and stuffing themselves in food as much as can fit.

Control portions, Keep food portions the size of your closed fist.

Cut out processed foods from your home. If it is not in the house, you can not consume.

It is necessary to train as much as you are able.

Also flexibility is an important factor, so try to keep you stretching it a daily routine. Listen to your body and avoid injury.
