I consider myself a life coach because my job is to change your life by changing your body. The changes you will see from working out will make you feel better about yourself, increase your confidence, and improve your health. You will feel happier every time you look in the mirror. In personal training, and in training in general, motivation is one of the most important factors that will determine how much effort you put in your training. I motivate my clients by setting goals, providing feedback and requiring accountability. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle or increase endurance, as my client you will get an individual diet plan and training program that is adjusted your age, needs and goals. I have been a personal trainer for over 4 years, and I’ve trained hundreds of people, from obese to skinny, from teenagers to elderly, women in pregnancy, and celebrities and 90% of my clients have reached their personal goals.
